A Bar A Expeditions are Custom Western Adventures designed for families, friends, and youth, interested in immersing into the open landscapes of Wyoming while fly-fishing, riding, hiking, backpacking, camping, clay shooting, and exploring the vast 100,000-acre landscape and 32 miles of private water on A Bar A, Big Creek, and State Line Ranches.
Guests stay in authentic cabins and tents with immediate access to blue ribbon trout streams and riding/hiking trails.
Three styles of Expeditions
Classic Expeditions: A fully guided option, including a private chef and custom itinerary; guests ride, hike, or drive to their cabin for a private trip that is designed to match the preferred interests of the group.
Self-Supported Expeditions: A self-guided option, including Expeditions cabins; guests gain full access to ranch properties for fishing, hiking, and exploring without a guide.
Youth Camp Expeditions: 7-night and 10-night camp options for groups of 4–6 middle and high school aged youth; campers develop fly-fishing, riding, hiking, and camping skills while building confidence, independence, and lasting friendships.
